Stop Smoking with NLP

Most people who smoke will tell you that they are very keen on giving up smoking. They know it’s bad for them, they know it might kill them, they know it’s not good for those around them and so they want to give up. 

My father once told me that “giving up smoking is easy, I’ve done it five times”. 

But why do people continue to smoke when they know it’s killing them. It sounds irrational doesn’t it. 

People will tell you that it’s an addiction, or that it helps calm their nerves, and yet they still can’t kick the habit. 

Trying to resolve an irrational problem using rational steps is not the most effective way of dealing with the issue. 

With NLP techniques I show the user how to effectively restructure their thoughts and their emotional connection with cigarettes so that they can alter their patterns of behaviour. 

It’s effective because it doesn’t rely on will power, which hardly ever works. With repeated use the techniques will provide the very best chance of stopping smoking it its tracks
